Texasrugby911 by any chance, can you take a picture from the side? I would like to see the slope on it

I did it a few years ago (it's been a while since I checked the USA forums!) its just galvanised sheet with vinyl glued to it. Fits 5 switches, LPG gauge and UHF mount easily. I had spare vinyl from the roof console I made, was the same colour as the dash

Where did you get the vinyl wrap from. That is the charcoal color interior correct?

Ok. Looking into the future when Morgan gets these done. Since I am not proficient in electrical anything...is there a way to run on "hot" wire up and jump them to each switch so I won't have to run 6 individual power leads? Same thing for the grounds? Or would that be pushing it on the capacity of the wire?

I apologize for changing the topic, I can switch to a new thread if prefer!

As long as you have the right gauge wire you should be fine. If the bulbs are LED you wouldn't need anything larger than 18-20AWG. Make sure you run them in parallel though.

I'm sorry, like I said, I am clueless. What do you mean by parallel?

Sorry I don't have an update with these yet. My parts cutter lost his one employee and hasn't had time to start these yet.

You may want to ask for professional installation then

Bring in the power and go to each individual switch instead of going from one switch to the other

I'm not that bad! Lol. If I know what I have to do, then I can get it done. Just don't know the terms. Basically what your saying is one line in then split it to each switch.

I worked with the folks over at otrattw.com to have the KK front vector cut into the switches.

All those switches and no locker switch!

Think I asked already but don't recall a response. Anyone know where you can get a wrap for the switch housing that would match the look and feel off the charcoal interior?

Maybe try ebay Rescue. You might have a hard time finding the same dash "texture" though.

Sorry these are taking so long guys. The guy I have cutting parts for me is swamped with his own fabrication business (side hobby from his day job). Getting parts cut from 1/4" isn't a problem because its always on the cnc table, but the thin stuff he doesn't normally deal with so he needs to prioritize..
