the reason i'm gunna say no is cause your doing somewith with your pcm and you would have to get the change which most likely is not available to him since he's not jeep/chrsyler/dodge certified mechanic (im assuming)... i would call another dealership if you can and ask if theyd do it... or even ask your dealership to sub it out for warranty work.

did they say why they wouldnt do the TSBs... my reasoning is that your car might not be in the release date that is specified to do the TSB.... i'm gunan have to ask digger to chime in cause i could be wrong but i think he could look up when you car was produced with your VIN and see if it fits the specifications
