Do you plan on just cutting squares for the flush mounts and mounting them or are you also making a support for them behind the bumpers? I would imagine they would vibrate and possibly come out after awhile since our bumpers are pretty flimsy.

Also if you're like me, you may like round lights for windshield lights instead of everyone using square pods. So you could have good use for your KC's right away.

I'm going to basically make a metal cut out that fits the back of the light as a backing plate for the inside of the bumper. Basically a large square washer. Then ill put lock tight and lock nuts on the hardware and pray for the best. Maybe ill tie something into my trailer hitch in the rear as an extra support

Went wheeling and camping for most the weekend. Had an amazing time. Here's some videos and pics:

Trail Video:

Rock Climb Video (some bumper damage at the end...):

Everytime I slid off the rock and reset I fell on the engine skid...I would no longer have front axle if I didn't have this engine skid...you've been warned haha.

Forgot to mention...the local club convinced some Porsches to come wheel with us...

Sick photos carlos!

I installed the wiring and switch to use the rest of my "spool" of LEDs for my trunk lighting. Wanted this because the stupid lights turn off and hardly light up anything when they do...

I cleaned up and painted my skids today. Engine skid is so beat up...Skid Row skid might be in the works for me soon. We'll see what Rausch Creek does to it haha. Tom, I really enjoy the Rustoleum Hammered black. First time using it and I really like how it comes out, not of a fan of the nozzle though...I'll have to get one of those easy-rattle-spray-thingies.

Can anyone guess what these are for?

Bought spark plugs from the dealer today. I thought the oem plugs had a copper core? The only ones they were showing for the 08 liberty have a nickel core. Should i return them and get the copper from autozone?

Those are fine. I noticed that, too.
I don't have much more info on them, but they are correct as far as I know.

Nam, my previous owner must have done something to my differentials. Mine doesn't act like your did. All 4 of my wheels turn at the exact same speed "locked" unless the engine and transmission latterly doesn't have the power to turn the wheels fast enough. Which has happened when I thought my jeep was a submarine.

Haha, going to be installed a front receiver on my bumper and wanted to easily connect and remove the winch when needed. These are Superwinch 2236 quick connectors rated for 350amps.

PA, Might be because I have open diffs and my rear tire was floating haha. Electronic Traction Control kicks in and applies the brake and tends to make things weird haha.

PA, if you really want to find out jack up the Jeep. Make sure it's in neutral and both wheels are off the ground. Then spin 1 tire. If the other spins in the opposite direction it's an open diff.

Obviously be safe about this. Use jack stands, chuck the front wheels and use your head about it all lol

That would really only help me figure out if it were open or LSD. Not sure if id need to have the engine on in neutral and in high or low.

I did buy a crappy floor jack and decent stands. I used to put the scissor jack on a cinder block and keep piling up the cinder blocks for the fail safe.

Had my windshield replaced today because on Saturday it got a huge crack in it. It was a stone kicked up from the PA turnpike.

Did you go through insurance or a different method?

Went thru my insurance. Pretty sure a $200 deductible is better than what it would have cost to fix out of pocket. How much does a windshield go for these days?
