door trim molding removal

Has anyone swapped out the moldings on the doors yet? I have chrome and I am actually considering putting on the black ones or having them painted body color. I am just not a fan of all the chrome on the Limited model. Does anyone know if they are attached with tape and/or body clips? If they are on with just tape I would consider taking them off and not putting any back on. :?:

i dk but ill trade you the black sport trim from my gfs for your chrome ones :lol:

i dk how you take em off, if its anything like my cherokee its double sided tape and its a PITA
