Post subject:  new wheels for KK

Whats up fellas. I want to get new wheels for my KK, so I thought I would ask your guys advice. I am replacing the stock sport wheels. I am planning on one day lifting the jeep, but no time soon. So I was going to get these wheels in 15x7 size and mount the stock tires on them. When I do get new tires, what size do you think I could go up to? Anything else I should keep in mind when purchasing these?

I think 15" wheels dont fit the KK because of the brakes. I have 245/70 16 tires now and no rubbing. i think you could go up to 255/70 16 unlifted but dont quote me on that and with a 2'' lift you can fit 265/75 16 but i dont know if they rub

also check the bolt pattern the kk is 5 x 4.5 i think

oops, I meant to say 16x7, just like the stocks. 255 x 70 eh? I will look into that.

Post subject:  Revtek Spacer lift

Revtek shows on their web page that the space lift (2" front, 1 1/2" rear) will fit 245/70 R 16 or 265/70 R 16 on 16x7" rims

You can't go any smaller than 16". That's just barely big enough to clear the calipers.
