Maybe it's just me but after my oil change and a/c reflash, my liberty is guzzling gas. Anyone else have this problem or is it all in my head? I haven't been using the a/c or defroster since the flash but my gas tank never seems to stay full. |

I haven't had mine flashed yet but I did check it yesterday. Burning Premium I got 17.6 mpg. - Not sure I can stand any worse than that...... |

why are you using premium gas? That's kind of a waste, isn't it? Is your 17.6 mpg highway or city driving? I get about 15 to 16 around town, but I'm using California gas. I get a LOT better mileage when I go over to Nevada and buy gas over there. |

Honestly, I have been wondering the same thing, to the OP. Ever since the first oil change and AC remap, it DOES seem like the mileage has dropped even more. Just when I should be able to take advantage of the fuel price drop, the Jeep goes and drops it's efficiency! |

I did the ac flash and recharge but did not see any mpg difference. noticed that my best mpg was the first tank from the dealership. could not find out what manufacture it was but the did stated all they had was 89 octane. and I have been putting in 87 as recommended. my tires are at 31 psi from the dealership I think they can be higher but they look okay. |
