any hints for changing serpentine belt (etc) on a KK with the mechanical fan (due to the tow package)

this is my 2011 Jeep Liberty, new to me 30 months ago.

On my old 2008 Libby I changed the water pump and belt etc before adding the mechanical fan, and it was painful dealing with the shroud. I am not looking to dealing with it all on this Jeep.

Its coming up early because my stethoscope tells me that the pulley on the belt tensioner is making noise.
