| Post subject: | KK Brakes Squeak |
I have a 2009 Jeep Liberty with 1500 Miles on it. The brakes make a squeaking noise when ever I apply the brakes. Is this normal? Is this part of the break in period? |

it's a build up of brake dust. Just hit the brake with the pressure washer next time you clean it |

What they say will work.. If you are inclided you might want to dig into a bit more. I would inspect the pads. See if you find any cracks. it not ruff them up a bit with sand paper. This had fixxed issue like light glazing.. Or Wash the car more often, like they say..... |

This happened to me a while back as well. I tried and tried to spray them with no luck. I took it in to the dealer and under warranty they replaced the Rotors and Pads for me. Now, so far so good, only the occasional squeak now only caused by the brake dust. |
