The panels on the fender don't even line up with the housing. Maybe this is what is causing the fogging in my passenger side housing? Sorry for the really crappy cell phone pictures.
Anyone else have body lines that don't match here?

The turn sigs are mounted to the plastic bumper, so unless you bumped into something I'd bet someone bumped into you without your knowledge...

It's been that way since day 1 of me owning it. Must be from the previous owner. Gonna take some better pics of it today. Might be a safety issues having moisture in there. Wonder what it would cost to get fixed if I couldn't do it myself.

Think I found the problem. Look at how the wheel arch doesn't line up as well on the passenger side compared to the driver side.

And a few more photos

Do you all think this is repairable? Maybe I need to take the wheel arch off. I guess something isn't snapped in all the way. Not sure what holds it on.

Like I said, I'm pretty sure it's from the previous owner. I park in a enclosed carport every night and have a great spot at work to park at.

When I had this issue with the blinker before I had it replaced at the dealer, they told me I could wait until summer to see if the moisture was gone. I believe this would have worked, but since I had it replaced under warranty and the fact that they let it go through a safety with moisture in it, was there fault so I'm not going to pass up free parts :) Gage, depending how the weather is there, if it's cold, you could wait to see if the moisture goes away if you're in no hurry to fix it or the funds aren't there. Good luck!

I doubt the warm would do anything. It's been this way since day one it came home with me.

Did you get it used from a dealer or private?

Gage did you check the carfax? It may have been in an accident. I'm assuming not because you wouldn't have bought it if you knew what kind of gas mileage it got :-)r

Bought certified used from the Jeep dealer. Clean carfax.

I'd go and complain then just like I did, it worked. Figure they would rather have a happy customer than an angry one.

Idk, maybe I'll give them a call or see what they suggest. Bought it at 35K, now 60K. I don't think they'd budge on that one.

Do they come apart like the headlights? If so maybe you can bake them, take apart and clean, then reseal.

I think I remember someone saying a while back that taking the wheel arch/fender whatever you wanna call it, isn't that hard. Guess I'll start researching that.

Something looks tweaked. It's all plastic there so a rivet might have gone, or it might have had a small run in with the previous owner. Something stupid in a parking lot that was settled with cash.

I'm thinking something just needs to be pushed in. No obvious signs of damage. Dang previous owner! :banghead:

Time to start researching how to fix this.
