I think the small compartment on the dash by the windshield would be a great spot for a cell phone cradle. I plan to buy a desk cradle and cut it to fit in that spot. I would drill a hole in the compartment to run the power cable to the cradle / charger. The cradle and the wires would be hidden and you'd have a good view of the cell phone for hands-free use. My question is: How can I tap into a power cable in the dash for the mini-USB charger / cradle so I won't have any exposed wires running from the outlet? Has anyone done this for a CB, GPS, radar detector, etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

You may want to look at Pana Vise. THey make cool mounts that can be tweaked and used in many location.. but i fear the price might not work out. Just an idea.. |
