I called my local quick lube last week about a Flush and Fill and it was $89.99. I also got a $15 off coupon in last weeks newspaper. You don't need to mess with the filter. A Flush and Fill will be more then enough with the low mileage that you have.

Sounds low for a flush and then a filter change. It would run about $150(or so) for the flush with ATF+4(it ain't cheap) and about $89 for the filter change and with bot services you are buying about 20qts of ATF+4(at $5 per qt $100 alone, then you got labor and the filter kit also).Last time I had my trans flushed and filters changed at the dealership it ran me $280.Make sure they use ATF+4 only, and on a side not since you have a KK you do not have a trans dipstick so they would not be able to verify the correct trans fluid level so go to the dealer plus you get a warranty at the dealership(worth the extra cost).

Stay away from those places like jiffylube, they will add the wrong fluid, they use DEXIII with a additive that they claim makes it ATF+4(which is impossible since ATF+4 is full synthetic and DEXIII is dyno).

If you are a granny driver then I would say 60k is ok. It all depends on how you drive it and how much you "abuse" it.
