Been to three different dealerships they still can figure out the noise they think it's wind I know it's not here's why

it starts at speeds between 45-60 it's a loud squeeling when slowing down the pitch stays the same till about 30 then it sounds like grinding then at 20 squeeling again untill you stop completly it also stops when you shut off the enginegoing any speed yes I've triedso here is what I know it's not the breaks even when there not used AT ALL I hear it it's not wind cause of the engine plus if I'm driving at 30 I hear nothing I can't figure out what it is 3 techs can't a service manager can't all they say is wind noise if I hear one more person say wind noise I'm gonna drive off a cliff to prove my point. Ok now my trans problem had a two techs look at it they said it was fine wasent satisfied so I got the tsb flash done now it shifts even harder it jumps hard from 1st to 2nd and during cruise control it dosent know what gear to chose and switches constantly. To some people this might just easy things to ignore to me there not I have been dealing with them for 7300 I currently have 7300 so this is just starting to get rediculios. I'm really concidering getting another vehical i love my jeep but with these "little problems" they could easily turn into big problems later on. There are two reasons amarican car companies are lossing bussiness 1. Poor quality 2. Crappy warrenty and service my moms BMW dealer give free messages when you service or are looking at new cars also a coffe bar and what do we get a tv stuck on somthing no one watches a water fountain and people how don't want to be there.

Ps I posted this rant on my iPhone from the dealer so my spelling might be off a bit

Maybe something to do with a pulley?

I'm thinking one of the belts... and as it gets moving faster, heats up/stretches a bit, and starts makin noise. As it's slowing down, it relaxes.

What kind of grind is it? Metal on metal? Bench grinder kindof sound?

Sounds similar to my old subaru - the bearings in one of the pulleys was going, and the little shards of metal were shredding the belt to peices.

I notice that you have an 08 KK. There is a TSB about the serpentine belt. I think the belt was the wrong size. I know on mine, it made a terrible noise. If your noise stops when you shut the engine off, that could very well be it.

I, too, would like to know where that TSB is. Never saw it before. Thanks...
