Well after them being backordered for many months they finally came in! YAY! They are KJ front tow hooks and they bolt right up to the KK with no issues. Install took 10 minutes to install them both. Very simple and didn't have to take the bumper off. I bought the kit from my dealer for $107CAD. Here is what the kit consited of. This is installing the M bolt. You stick the short end in the rear hole and then poke it threw to the front hole.(passenger side hook install) Here is me sliding in the clip.(passenger hook install) This is the M bolt bolted up.(passenger side install) The finished product on the passenegr side. The finished product on the drivers side. There is lots of slack on the hose's so no worries. Front view close up. Front view farther away. On the left is my gixxer 1000, then behind the Jeep is my friends silver Mega Cab Cummins. I installed a Dragon Flow CP3 kit and water methenol injection after I instlled the tow hooks on the Jeep. And on the far right is the back end of my Cummins. |

The Rear KJ Hook also works on the KK and can be mounted on either side. |

It really wasn't a hard installation at all. Just a couple notes from mine: - I had to remove the front bumper skin (how to can be found in the tech section). did you remove yours Skin? - one of my "m" bolts wasn't quite tight enough of an M, more of a W - I had to use a round file to make the rear hole a little larger so that it would drop through. As far as i can tell I'm the only one who's had this issue. Installation really was a snap though. hardest part was removing the bumper skin really. |

It said I kept the bumper on. There is no need to remove. It took 10 minutes to install with bumper in place. Very simple. My bolts were perfect and I couldn't have asked for a simpler mod. |

I'm sorry just did some more looking into it. The part number according to the build sheet for my KK from the body shop after the accident is 57010120AB. This is from Mopar Parts America http://www.moparpartsamerica.com/partlo ... atalogid=0 |

Glad you got your KK back Wingnuts and thanks for the parts number, I think that will look good to fill that space I got there. Just wondering if you were going to put the mesh you have in the upper grill behind this lower piece? And I hope it fits on my 09, it should, just wonder why it didnt come from factory with this piece? Either way it looks good. |

Thanks for posting this information. I have been wanting to get front hooks on my 08 since I bought it. I have ZERO mechanical skills but even I was able to do this "mod". Thanks again. DIDS |

Hi Wingnuts, I have a '10 Liberty and bought the KJ tow hooks. I was able to install the passenger side..took me a lot long then everyone above but finally got-er-done. Now I have moved on to the driver side and I can't figure out how to get the tow hook in place. I see in your picture that you have the hoses in the way as well, but how did you get the hook in place without removing your bumper....please and thanks. Mikey |

installed dual KJ tow hooks on my 09 KK today during lunch break at work. If you pop the 3 rivets off on each front side of the wheel well you have some more room to tighten bolts. The hoses will move around on drivers side. Looks extremely tight but with some finess it works. |
