Hey there guys, here is a little preview of the new JBA Adjust-A-Strut system AKA. The KK 4.0" lift

Very nice, i wonder if the 2.5" will be the same. Now looking at the top it looks like the single bolt allows for some travel? or do it just stay put?

The bolt that connects the strut to the mounting plate? If that is the one you are talking about, then it stays put........

By having that one bolt, it allows you yo change out the coil over with out all of the work needed to get to the strut plate........ With this new system, I should be able to change out the front coil overs and rear springs in less then 2 hours instead of the normal 4 to 5 hours needed to change every thing.

Wait so basically, you dont need to rip out the battery,fuse box etc, just take out that one bolt and swing out the assembly??!! Innovative. I hope pricing is fair

Yes. When the time comes that you either want to lift the KK higher or change worn out components, all you have to do is remove that one bolt :wink:

Im only looking for 2.5" of lift, do you think there will be this option for the 2.5" setup?

OK, Marlin has updated the price of the lift... Hurry up, it is on sale :shock:

The increase in the price is due to the change from sky jacker parts over to bilstein parts. It is well work the extra money. Just ask any one that has run both and find out what they say :wink:

I need a major donation, please everyone wants to see the Blue KK with a lift all because I got a really cool lower grill piece after a $12k accident.

Anyone have any pity for me, anyone at all?

The 2.5 lift will be offered with the new system, However it will not be ready till after the first of the year...............
