couple things ive noticed... the new clevis, if you look at diggers, his does not utilize this and i had read somewhere i think that it was for the 2.5 lift. also, no extended front bump stops?

Your correct his utilizes the bottom connection (clevis) and the one I have replaces the entire system.
Currently have cranked down to get about 3" of lift with measurements of about 21" from center of wheel to bottom of fender flare. To get this I cranked/compressed the coil from the first thread on top to the top of the wheel/bolt/washer (not the locker washer) 3" inches. You could crank it down about another 4" but that would compress the coil in half into only 4" that is not going to work. To get 4" of lift you could crank it down about 1" more. Not sure how the ride would be as the coil just keeps getting more compressed.

I'm not sure what Marlin's plans are. Mine was basically a hurry up fix because of how bad shape my front coils were in...

is anyone using the 5 inch coil?... and wat is the quick disconnects

Author:  DirtyKK [ Tue Feb 16, 2010 5:16 pm ]
Post subject:  Re: LIFTED (With Kit and Installed Shots)

i believe digger has the 5" coils, they are HDs if you carry alot of extra weight with you. the quick disconnects are for the front sway bar. when you disconnect the sway bar the front should get more articulation.

Now that is a nice kit.

I really hope that price is making him profits.
As it looks a bit low for what you get.

I was expecting $4,300. So he is doing a nice Job.

Very nice E2! Congrats on the new look.
I see your Jeep has a little Nitro in it. Your front bump stops are labeled KA not KK. :ROTFL:
