Scar0, you must have regeared your Nitro to be able to race UP a mountain! Did you go with 4.10 or 4.56? I drove to Vermont today and it struggles to maintain speed up hills with 3.73’s unless I press the tow/haul button and lock out 4th gear. If I regeared I would want to get my power and gas mileage back as close to stock as possible. I used to get 21 mpg on this trip but since lifting and putting 31’s on, I get about 17 now.

Today while browsing JBA's items for sale for the KK, I came across an EGR module that claims to eliminate ESP activation at low speeds.

I'd be interested if anyone has tried this on the KK. It says it's for a Grand Cherokee / Commander, but it's under the KK section of JBA's website. $280 seems like a lot for the convenience of not having the ESP kick on when making low speed turns, but heck, it would be awesome if there was actually a viable solution for this issue.

If anyone tries this on their KK, please report back. I sent a query to Marlin and I'll let you know what he says about it.

Sorry to get your hopes up, everyone. Marlin says this is only for the WK/XK platform, not the KK.

No regear, I have a 6 speed manual trany. stock 3.21 gears, running 30.5" BFGK02. With a 4.7L throttle body, CAI, and Magnaflow #11226. 2.5" in and out.
