Hey all,

I've been lookin around for some running boards for my lib and I can't seem to narrow down my search. I am also afraid of quality issues? Does anyone have any suggestions for adding running boards/brands?

THX! :)

I would recommend a good set of rock sliders that can also double as steps. They will last a lot longer than the tubular side steps or running boards you can find online.

Hmmm.. those look slightly smaller and not as beefy as the tubular side steps. I did read somewhere on here that the tubular ones get ripped off almost because of off-road wheeling, however I am not really planning on doing too much of that lol. Do you have the rock sliders youurself? If so would you mind sending a couple pics? Just so I have some variety.

Here is a photo of mine with rock sliders. They are made of thick steel and will not be ripped off when wheeling off road. In fact they are designed to protect the Jeep and can even support its weight. Mine were made by a company called Rock Lizard that no longer makes them for the KK, but the ones I recommended above by AtTheHelm will be as good or better quality as the ones I have, and backed by a reputation for great customer service.
