So my roommate claims that he saw one of those "new Liberties," I'm guessing a KK, with a hybrid emblem on the back. Did Jeep ever produce these in hybrid form? The best we could find online is that a couple of concept models were created a year or so ago, so there is a slim chance he saw one of those that was somehow released to the public... |

Hmmm.. I don't know of any hybrid KK, but that doesn't mean that there isn't a test mule somewhere... |

Hey Digger those headlights that are blacked out...I still can't get a number, but saw a bunch of them, look way cool for sure! Saw boxes full of them sitting / waiting to be installed I thought the KK clevis' had been like the KJs all along or are they a stamped steel in the last year? What we saw was a folded up piece of cheap looking crap? I never paid that much attention to the last couple of years, but the ones we saw were a piece of steel formed into the shape of a clevis, like I said looked really cheap |

I SO want a set of those Well, up in till mid 09, I know they are still cast. I so don't see how stamped steel could be strong enough |

These are, well they look like you would take a flat sheet of steel , try to make it look like a clevis we are used to seeing, then putting a rolled lip at the top I suppose for added strength with the bolt through ?? Of course we couldn't get out of our little cart but was within 10-12 foot of them so could see pretty good. Also the "balls" that the KJ had on the rear diff , was the KKs always up at the transfer case? The ones we saw were. I never looked that closely to them before! |

Weak As far as the balls og, because we have the 5 link rear end, no need for them..... I don't remember seeing any balls up by the tcase on mine,,,, |
