after you get the 8 or so plastic tabs out and unclip the sides on top, you just pull it out towards yourself.

be really careful not to let it scratch the bumper. lay a towel down or something.

mine was REALLY hard to take off the first time.

also make sure you lay the grille down safely as to not scratch it either.

Lift up and out on the bottom. The sides should come straight out. However with mine only one side came out easily. To do the other side I had to pull the grill out on the free side to get access to the headlight assembly and remove the head light. As soon as the light was loose the grill came free.

I didn't remove the headlight adjuster. I don't have toe fog lights but I think I would remove the assembly if possible. Better safe than sorry.

Looks nice torpedone. I'm seriously thinking about doing this and painting my front grill black, but since my jeep is only a month old, I just can't bring myself to do it yet.

LOL! LOL!

Sure... it's easier then you think!

A little harder the first headlights... the second: no problems.

I only had difficulty in closing with silicone, but due to my seller      who sold it me expired! After 24 hours it still not hardened!

So I had to remove expired silicone and reseal with new silicone again.

Looks great tallblondeygirl. I really like the black on black. I've been thinking about doing this for a while, but I'm not sure about blacking out the headlights on a silver jeep with nothing else black on it...

Those are blacked out fog lights. Used nightshades on them.

Try making them silver, instead of black.

I would think silver would be to close to the stock look to be worth the hassle...
