Looking good. I had those tires on a different vehicle and liked them. I live in tahoe and they did really well in the snow. Mine were black side out though

Looks nice. Had them on my Ford Explorer and they were AMAZING in the snow. P.S. Way to go keeping the white letters out how they should be |

Here's another picture. BTW tire size is 245/70/16. They fit great!

Really like the way these look. Is this on stock suspension/no lift?? |

anyone know if OP has a lift? Seems like 245/70/16 would be a tighter squeeze than that stock |

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html That is a great tool to figure out tire sizes. I have 235/75/16s which are actually slightly taller than the 245/70s although the 245s are wider. Mine is an 09 and no doubt has some spring sag in it already and still has no issues. I went with taller and skinnier since I am up in the mountains of Colorado and have to deal with Snow/Ice more often then i would like since I'm a firefighter/emt, so the skinnier tires give me better traction (more weight on less surface area). I would go 235/75 if you are worrying about rubbing with no lift and then go 245/75 if you do end up lifting. That's my plan anyways. |
