So I finally picked up new wipers yesterday at the Walmart and went to put them on but couldn't figure out how to take the old ones off. Help would be great

I know how but I can't explain it. I have my 2nd pair of Anco winter blades to install,just waiting on ...I dont know what.
Snow Been a warm November so far, only alittle of snow last friday.

Well most have a simple lock to push down on, then shove the wiped down the arm..

The arms are Hooked like a candy Cain.... So you can not slide it up towards the Sun...
So slide it down towards the Rocks your tires drive over.....

If this advice is wrong, swing my house and I will do for you.... no cost...

I had to go the Dealer here in Florida to get them to put my wipers on. I watched them, it took them 5-10 minutes to figure out how to get them off. Of course, when it poped off I was not looking at it. So I might be back at the Dealer the next time they need replacing.

Factory Skid Plates and a 20 foot tow rope.

The end of the wiper arm is shaped like a "J". There is a little tab on a plastic block on the wiper that slides inside the "J" of the wiper arm. Push this tab in (it only goes one way) and then slide the wipers down the wiper arm (back towards the vehicle). Do this while the arms are lifted straight up in the air and not lying flat on the glass. do it in reverse to install the new wipers. It should only take a minute or so to replace each one.
