With a Jeep like that, we can't be mad at you for taking your time uploading your pictures.

 I think your Jeep is beautiful. South Africa huh? I think that's where I'm buying my next Jeep.
Expect a whole bunch of questions..
I'll start..
Are those custom bumpers? or what brand?

I'll let someone else bother you for the rest, lol.

this Jeep is my pride and joy. everything from bumpers to rock slides.. etc.. are 100% custom made to fit the KK. it took lots of time to get where it is now.
I had the KK lifted to 6" but I had to drop it to 4" after the loss of my steering rack, also droped from 33" mud terrain tyers to 31.6 all terrain tyers to relief some of the stress on the front.
Forgot to mention I live in South Africa,

Beastly. Do you have any pics before you had to lower it? What kind of suspension are you using?

I have some pic which I will post soon, it make me sad to see the way it looked with the 6" lift but sadly the KK wasn't built for any lift more than the 4" due to drive shaft and steering rack.
my lift kit is custom made and is backed with pro comp shocks.

That front bumper is a work of art. I want it. You should pull a front wheel off and show us your suspension set up.

The rear is nice too. I think you may be the first to have the highly desired swing out spare tire carrier on a kk 8)

The swing spare wheel carrier is a very simple to add to the KK. will take photos of how to make one of scratch, this setup you can even add to the standard KK stock plastic bumbers.
In my case I had to remove the spare tyre from under the KK to make place for my 80l dual fuel tank.

And while it is off send it to me and I'll send u some green.

Nice looking. Did you happen to lower your front differential to reduce the angles of the cv joints?

6" how those angles must have been way over maxed out and had no down travel.

Oh might as well just send me the rear bumper too....... :)

the 6" lift was a near impossible to do, it was a big challange to do it. My friend and I tried everything to make it work but KK is not made for that. my lift on the kk started with 2.5 then to 3.5 to 6" then now just on 4" on the front, the back is a bit high around 1"+, I am planing to level the car in the coming days. I just recieved JBA upper control arms " that is a good news" it took over 40 days to get from USA thanks to our post service.

I really love everything about this Jeep! But, I want to know as much as possible about the dual fuel tank setup. I would love to work this on my soon-to-be out of warranty Lib. (34,450mi)

By the way, I'm sure everybody wants to know about those bumpers, and how the whole swing-out spare is done.
