I want to put in some Silver Stars in fog and head lights but not sure how..Help
and how to adjust the fogs?

The bulbs in the head light just twist out but make sure you take out the rubber seal/ring when you replace the bulbs. The new bulbs come with a new one. I have no idea how to replace or aim the fogs.

what kind of process is that?

pull off grill... take hex wrench screw driver and take out headlight... you will see the location of the adjustment... i believe it tells you the ratio of degress in adjustment per turn
