All right guys you know it, that time is finally here. RAUSCH TIME! :pepper:

For those of you who don't know what Rausch Creek is, its an Off-Road park that is TOTALLY LEGAL. They own over 1300 acres of property with trails up the wazooooo!!!! It is located in Tremont PA, and is about a 3.5 to 4 hour drive from LI.

This trip is going to be in April on the 15th, 16th and 17th.

Depending on the weather we will be camping or staying in the Comfort Inn, a few miles away from Rausch Creek. There is a campground at the park. If you want more information here's the website: http://www.rc4x4.org/

I have a friend of mine that's going with 9 people from LI Urban Off-roaders and they are probably doing Blues and Blacks.

I will be leading you guys through the Greens and mayyyyyybbbbbeeeee easy Blues

I'm not exactly sure what time we will be leaving to head out, but i will arrange a meeting spot for all your guys out of NY to meet with us on the way over.

I think if you guys are gonna come you should definitely get a CB and hook it up because we need to communicate on the trails. Walkie talkies won't do because if some of us have walkies and some of us have CB's there is a communication block btw everyone and that would be really bad esp on the drive up and we need to stop at a rest stop.

It would also be a good idea to exchange names and numbers before hand and send each other PM's to help with communication.

If you have any private questions PM me whenever.

I hope you're all as excited as i am!! LETS GO :JEEPIN: !!!!!!

Awesome! I'm really leaning towards going then. I'm going to try and install my hitch receiver by then (barring a clear day) so I can have a D-Ring in back and a couple tow hooks in front in case I get stuck... This would be my first time wheeling though so I'm probably going to need some instruction when we start out, is that cool?

SURE! :D no problemo. when i went to Rausch it was one of my first times wheeling too. its not hard at all. we will be getting many stares bc of our truck but they are good stares! and yes you will need those tow points. Wheeling is fun. you gotta take your time, and leave room btw you and the person in front of you. about 2-4 car lengths. we are in no rush you can take your time. and if all of us don't have a CB we can just beep and we'll all stop. once you hear a beep you beep too to send it along to the leader in front and we'll stop for you. its all full of team work. we will guide you if need be. if you see the person in front of you, go over some big rocks then wait till they get over it, as their guided, then you wait till you have a guide and start to go. listen to them when they guide you. one thing you REALLY need to know is that YOU DONT GO OVER ROCKS, YOU GO ON THEM. thats like the most important thing to know when you go wheeling. if you have any more questions you can ask. XD :seuss: :D :-)r

PS: ALWAYS HAVE YOUR WINDOWS OPEN!!

well im tryna figure out a time with my friend and his group. i was thinking around 3 or 4 we meet up in Great Neck in the Macy's parking lot on Northern Blvd. its a huge parking lot and we can fit everyone's truck there. if we leave around 430-5 well get there around 8-8:30 depending on traffic. CB's and Walkies should be on at all time for communication to Rausch. If it rained or is raining on our way there i think were going to go to the Comfort Inn, few miles away from Rausch. but we will see.

PS. if i have any changes in time or a definite time, ill post it here.
