So I had this fuel burp issue mine is fixed now after I called Chrysler made me pay 200 to fix it, which was a new fuel tank and fill tube better then the 657 I would of had to pay if I wouldn't of called. If anyone else is having this issue make it known so they can issue a recall. Here is the video!

It is a pretty wide spread problem. Mine didn't have the issue then it developed it and now I don't have the issue. Seems like the KK's are pretty moody in that sense.

Are you still in warranty? Please post some more details on how you were able to get them to pay for most of the work...

Not under warrant. I went to the Dealership and they said they had one in for the same issue and that the owner was paying out of pocket. I called Chrysler and explained what was going on they had a case manager call me and I had to explain again what was going on he set up a case file. I had to take it to Jeep to have them diagnose the problem we then called chrysler back and they offered for me to pay 200 dollars and they would cover the rest which was $657 replacement of the Gas tank, and fill tube with instal. If Chrysler does offer a recall on this part make sure you keep your receipts and send them in for reimbursement. " MAKE SURE YOU TAKE VIDEO OF THE ISSUE !" I had multiple videos of filling my Jeep up and took picture of everything to have evidence. The service writer was very impressed and the service manager was that much more willing to help me!

Here is how I took my photo's to show everything.
