I was looking at the frankenlift site:

http://www.boulderbars.com/frankenlift.htm

And comparing the parts to what the KK needs for the OME coil spring lift and it looks almost identical...

OME927 Front Coil Springs
OME NS131 Front Struts
OME132L Rear Long Travel Shocks
OME948 Rear Springs

I am not 100% on the rear parts as I was comparing it to JDizzle's setup and he has the OME731 Rear Springs and Skyjacker shocks so I am not sure of the equivalent to those are by OME.

They also sell just the pre-assembled front for these kits as well. Would the hardware/strut plate fit a KK?

The front should fit but yield slightly less lift than a kj (like 1/2 ?) but a clevis lift can bring it back up. The top plates are the same. The diameter of the rear springs are different on a kj so you would have to use the 731 springs. According to Jba's website, the N132L rear shock is the one to use on a kj, kk, and ka for 1.50" plus of lift. You might want to have extra rear isolators and 2" conduit nuts laying around if you want to fine tune the levelness and ride height the way you want it before alignment.
