Greetings all, new here. Unfortunately I found lost in a moment of desperation and not on fun terms. Hopefully y'all can help me out!

So we have a 2012 Liberty with 39k. Power steering was acting up, quick inspection showed a leak in the rack at the pinion. Got a new rack (no issue) and a day and a half later its in. Followed my Alldata manual to a T, just finished bleeding the system, and noticed a bright red puddle under the Jeep. Both power steering lines leaking... Bad.

I replaced the o-rings, and hand started lines, and torqued to spec. Before I rip the battery tray and TIPM out somebody has experience with this and may have some clues as to what's happening... And a way to remedy it.

Thanks in advance!

Erik

I've replaced my Rack and pinion multiple times. Sometimes the fluid is just overflow from over filling. But it's usually the o rings. If it doesn't dry up or if it keeps leaking and the fluid is getting low I'd try the O rings again. Those soft lines are very tricky to get on right
