I must say that there were no issues with installing or fitment. Great work amazing work actually that this was made over 3000 miles away and it fit one shot on the truck. I'd say the hardest part was getting the old bumper off.
I didnt cut away the fender liners just because I was able to tuck them up. Every thing looks great really a solid piece.
Dont mind the weld spots on the front AtTheHelm didnt do these a friend did and its not the best job in the world but heck the normal eye wouldnt notice it.

Thanks again to Morgan AtTheHelm cant wait for more parts :) :JEEPIN:

Glad you're more than happy with everything Marco. Never though of just folding up the liners, guess that would be a good option for lease vehicles.

All ya need to do now adjust the turn signal mount on that driver side.

Does the JBA Sway Bar works...? Does it make the jeep make tighter turns...I don't know if it's my tire or the suspension? The jeep can't take sharp turns as it used to be... :banghead:

i dont have a JBA sway bar, i have the End links from BWoody Performance and it definitely increased handling.

I have looked at these pics a few times now, ...looks wicked by the way.

I can't help but notice each time, that it looks as though you have negative camber on the front. Is that the case? It is hard for me to be sure as I don't think I have seen a picture from you yet that isn't filtered/fotoshop'd. Are you experiencing any "false" ESP?

I know that there is no "one definitive answer" to ESP triggering after the lift, but it wasn't doing it until about 2-3 weeks after lift and alignment. I am running a little different set-up (18" LTD. rims with BFG AT's) than what I have seen anywhere and not having any major issues, but would like things as close to "perfect" as possible. Seems like every left turn that I think "hmmm, ...shouldn't trigger on this one." Is exactly where it does. Since the install of JBA package about two months ago, things have settled a bit and I am considering adding a few more rings to the front to bring it level again. Due to the settling I kinda wonder if another alignment might be needed?

Any input anybody? (other than re-gear/lockers - I have that covered in the near future)

I'm not sure what it is or how it works but I read somewhere that the clock spring needs to be reset. I mentioned it to the mechanic that did my last alignment and I haven't heard it since.

Just the way the picture looks, my alignment is almost perfect. I had the guys get it as on point as possible. I occasionally got ESP lamps but since my alignment I have had no real issues. IF you have to pull out the struts then yes you would need to re-align.

Thanks for the kind words, I try to keep it aggressive looking and bad @$$ :JEEPIN:

You're gonna love it!

On a side note, musclez, do you notice a difference in the ride now that you have the metal bumper and more weight on the front?

That's one of the, if not the meanest looking KK I've seen. Great build, looking at what you did make me really want to get moving with the mods on my jeep.
