top plate template

Does anyone have info on the measurements or already have one drawn out that wouldn't mind letting me get my hands on?

Used to be a PDF file somewhere on here that someone took from one of my top plates but can't find it now :roll:

I'll look around.
I have a few old sets laying in the garage but hard to describe how and where to drill, cut

I bought an extra set of JBA top plates. 1/4" thick. I'll sell them for $30 shipped
