Has anyone else noticed that the rear end catches everything that you drive through? It gets So dusty So fast. I've also noticed it on some Commanders in my area. I don't even live in a dusty region, NW Ohio. Would mud guards help with this problem? I don't want to spend the $40-$50 on them if they don't work. I am also getting ready for my next project and need to know how to get those side moldings off? The black ones that say Liberty (silver on limited models) I'm either going to paint them the body color, red, or silver like the limited. Cheaper then buying them that's for sure! thanks for the help! |

As digger said they are held on with double sided tape but if you pull to hard you will break them (I know from experience ![]() What you want to do it start at the door edge and pull it back gently while at the same time taking a sharp plastic putty knife and cut the tape. If you pull and cut the tape at the same time you can get it worked off without breaking it. |
