I wandered onto this site for toggle switches and they have, by far, the nicest I've seen. Even some really funny ones like "Stealth MODE"!!! ![]() FB Page http://www.facebook.com/pages/Otrattw-The-Switch-Guys/132347186828281 Web Site http://www.otrattw.com/ |

I was shopping at Microcenter today gathering some goods when I saw this Fan controller and though it would also look sick in the liberty as AUX controller for lights or whatever. http://www.lamptron.com/products/view/Hummer:_5-port |

question: has anyone successfully put these in the trim panel where the factory renegade light bar switch would go on a KJ? I've been looking over the various tech docs on the switches and if they fit they're going to be TIGHT. as in NO margin for error when cutting the panel. |

Use a dremel with care OR.....if you heat up an exacto knife it will cut through the plastic like butter. I dont own a KJ but have put many switches in different vehicles in many places they were not originally. |

I was more interested to see if anyone had already done it and if they actually fit and look good. don't like the idea of dropping $100 on switch gear I can't use, and worse screw up a panel. |

Just ordered one of these bad boys for my fogs today. I have a set of DDM Tuning 3000k Fogs I never installed because I don't have the fog housing in my headlights. So I figured I'd just get a pair of cheap KK renegade/jet housings and pop em in and wire em directly to the switch. Their switches are really nice, but really pricy.~$15 / switch ![]() V1D1GHTB -SPST OFF/ON - Green upper LED is independently wired Red super bright lower LED is ON when the switch is turned ON Four Terminal switch with no rear barriers between the terminals. Use insulated 1/4" female disconnects or the VCH rear connector housing. (Packard terminals for the rear housing are sold separately) http://www.otrattw.com/proddetail.php?p ... 17V&cat=14 I'm also making a housing for several switches n a compass where the shelf is above the radio on the KK. I'm gonna start a new thread. |
