Tried the seach but couldn't find an answer. Does anyone know the part number for a ipod integration cable for a 2012 with a RBZ radio and factory Uconnect? Also does anyone know where the factory Uconect module is on a 2012 without a sub? I don't see it behind the glovebox, nor behind the radio. Any other locations I should check? |

Got it figured out thank to some other posts. Cable 82212160 connects to the Uconnect behind the rear passenger side cover. Where the subwoofer would be. You need a standard USB extension cord to get it up to the drivers area, and then a standard usb to ipod cable to connect to the ipod. All ipod functions are controlled through the radio. Playlists, artist, songs, skips, etc. Also, if you have an iphone you can feed pandoria through the radio, though you have to control the pandoria app from the phone not the radio. |

This cable? http://www.mopar-accessories.com/en-US/ ... 9&pc=75081 I have that cable but it's only about a foot and half long. One end is a 16 pin connector and the other end is the iPod plug ... I've pulled out my radio and looked around but can't seem to find where to plug it in. I have the factory sub ... Where is my Uconnect? |

Only Chrysler could screw up something so easy as part numbers. My parts department gave me part number 82212160, which is a mini usb connector on the Uconnect end, and a usb connector on the other end. It is listed for 2011 and 2012. it works perfect. The link you attached is for the same part number but one end is a 16 pin conectoer at the Uconnect end and and ipod connector at the other end. Also listed as for a 2011. My recommendation is to pull the Uconnect and take it with you to the parts department. 2011 and 2012 Uconnects for a Limited, Limited Jet or Latatude, are suppose to be behind the passenger side panel in the cargo area. That is where mine was on my 2012 Latatude. Good luck. |
