Duratracs come in sizes close to that. A lot of us run them and love em. Check out the tires section for a really good review by Tom Mudd

I run BFG all-terrains in a 245-75-16 but they do come in that size. I love them they work great in Colorado snow as well as the Vegas desert.

The best choices in that size seem to be Cooper AT3's and Hankook Dynapro ATM's. Both are a little more aggressive than the Rugged Terrain. There is a BFG All Terrain in 245/70r16 but it is D range tire and a lot more expensive. Everybody makes mud terrains in 225/75r16, including Duratrac,, but most I've seen are E range tires.

The General Grabber AT2 is a good choice in 245/70r16 for an aggressive AT and there is a $50 rebate right now but they seem o be on back order.
