I just clamped a turndown on mine. You'll need to either cut out the original hanger or make your own though.

I want to know if the second muffler at the tip of the exaust would be safe to cut off and to add a tip. what would be the pros/cons (sound,Hp,damage,etc.) the only custom thing i have in it so far is a spectre cold air intake |

That's a resonator. Its fine to cut off, a lot of us have done it. It will make your exhaust a little louder. I doubt you'll notice much in the way of performance changes Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 |
