Well Ladies and Gents,
I don't post much at all but, after my tranny failed after only 11890 I am looking to see if any one else has had issues with their 42RLE. While on vacation in Gatlinburg TN, my tranny went in to limp home mode and the MIL poped on. Did the old take the neg cable reset but did not resolve the issue. Took it in to the local dealership they said it poped almost every code it could. I must say Jeep and the Dealership are taking care of me, free rental while I am here and a free rental home if they can't fix it by the time I am out of TN and they will drive the Jeep back to NC. Any thing would help me get a peace of mind on the situation. Not getting rid of the jeep I just got a bad tranny and it happens.
