How long will the OME spring and shocks hold up with all the upgrades. Like adding the steel bumper, roof racks, skid plates, and everything else. vs stock.......... Im learning everything I can before I have the money to proceed.

I don't know how long the OME stuff holds up but I can tell you that the stock stuff won't. The stock springs aren't strong enough to hold for very long, they start to sag after about 25,000 miles with no additional weight. They weren't made for all that weight, they were an attempt at a comfortable ride. :2cents:

Well,.....
not a new question, but one not many ask
My first setup lasted 100,000 miles, ( had OME927s in front same as a KK uses ) had to add 3/8 inch clevis over time to stay at the height I wanted but also had ARB bumper, skids , rock rails , heavy duty roof rack etc
I removed it then just because I wanted to try a different setup
We then installed it on another KJ.

I can honestly say that I love mine. While the ride is somewhat more firm than stock, I feel like I have complete control and WAY more clearance. There's a bit more lift than the springs alone provide and I don't have to use a jack to change the oil. Zero complaints off road as well. :2cents:

My question why have all that if u don't have a lift? You can then wheel and start to add to your already capable jeep. Use what you have to start saving for the lift. Call marlin at jeep see if he still has a payment plan. Tell him you heard that he use to from Eddy Einem I was one of his first 2008 KK lifts. As you can see I worked out the bugs for him trying it on my jeep and now his has a great product. If you do buy place purchase thru my link on my profie so he knows I sent you.

OP was asking about OME springs etc, not the JBA coil over lift, don't want to confuse the issue I wouldn't think
Also 265-75 and haven't regeared ?
