Ironman 4x4 front springs question

Any one have any info what would a kk with ironman 4x4 front springs would work with daystar rear spacers as far as being level and not haveing the front higher than the rear

Are the rear spacers 2"?

It's a two inch rear spacer

Ironman fronts will give you about 2-2.25 inches of lift

Thanks sounds like that set up will not work can't the kj springs be used on a kk I know the kj springs are larger in diameter any tricks or just go ome

When I bought my OME springs from JBA, I was told the coilovers are the same on both models. JBA's springs are smaller in diameter and OME are about the same diameter and provide about 1 1/2" of lift. You can add 2 space plates (1/4") on top of the top plate giving you another 1" of lift. If that isn't enough, you can add 3 conduit nuts above the clevis adding another 3/8"(?) for 3/4" of additional lift. Tom says the ironman rides pretty well so I think they sound pretty promising. How much lift do you want? I think 4" is the max without major changes. Oh, I almost forgot, ironman also has trim packers but I don't remember how much they add. :2cents:

Not sure what you mean by it won't work ???
What are you trying to find out exactly?
Front springs are the same KJ-KK
rears are different

Again trim packers add no "real" height , only preload the spring

I guess some clarification is needed, as stated by you guys and I over looked the rear springs are incompatible between the kk and kj. I really am not that versed in suspension geometry so is sounds like Tom thinks the 2 inch daystar rear spacer will work with the ironman front spring in their perspective places with the kk's front end being either level or lower than the rear. I realize that this is not and ideal setup so would just saving some bread for a whole OME setup be a better option. I like like fact the ironman coils are thicker as Tom posted on his thread. Again thanks for the time and input I know lift questions get old but I just take the Libbo out to the beach a couple times a week with no crazy off road like rock crawling in my plans and hate how with the daystar there is a lot of nose dive when breaking.

Yes the stock suspension does nose dive a lot due to very weak springs
Ironman or OME will take that out of it
The Daystar in the rear will work for a while, I assume you already have longer rear shocks so all is good then

Well after I get the Renegade back from the dealership with its new rear main seal and oil pan seal( I think due to them placing 6 quarts of oil in my engine instead of five for the last three oil changes.) I am putting on the Ironman 4x4 front heavy duty springs from JBA. I'll post pic after all is done.
