Cutting the bars out of the grill on a Jeep?
Isn't that like........ sacrilegious ?

I think he means the plastic slats thats in our grill. He wants to cut those out and put that in its place.

I hope not :!:
Plus the shell would be pretty flimsy after cutting those out

Its not a bad idea.
Would look cool with that material in behind the bars I think, I've actually looked into doing something similar
Besides making it a little more flimsy the "true Jeep person" will give you some smack about it. You know a "real Jeep" has to have the bars :ROTFL: :ROTFL:
But then make it yours, you're paying for it, customize the heck out of it.
Build it to what your dreams are not someone elses idea of what it should be.

This.

Anyways, I didn't know that was the look you were going for. Idk how that would look on a KK. But I do think putting that behind the slats though so it has a mesh look, would look great.

he was thinking of cutting all of the "bars" out of the grill
not just adding mesh

Oh, I caught that. I was just offering another alternative that wouldn't involve mutilating his jeep's "face".
