Where would it mount chassis?

Tow hook holes plus the front crossmember with 7/16" grade 8 bolts with a backing plate. It won't come off.

Again I won't be able to start these for another couple months while i finish bumper orders.
Weight should be about 35-40 lbs.

I will sell the first five for $200 plus shipping. After that they will likely go up in price.
Please only put yourself down if you are seriously interested. When I'm ready I will go through the list and send pm's to everyone who wants one and give a shipped price after you give me your zip code.

If you are serious about buying one, put your name on this list. Just copy and paste and add your name. The first person on the list will get their product first and I'll go in order.

Looks great Atthehelm.
My only concern would be how it effects the cooling system. In particular the P/S cooler.
Which brings me to my questions How about a vented front plate instead of solid? How would that effect the strength as a unit?

Good point. I want to get one built and test it first. There is still some airflow coming in around it and from below the bumper. I have considered adding two holes and welding in round tube as air vents.

I doubt it would rly weaken it too much. It is almost a 1/2" crossmember of plate steel. A few holes for air should be fine.I would guess it could handle 5k lbs no problem. I'm interested to see how it comes out.

Atthehelm - since I am not getting the front receiver, I was wondering if you might be able to fab up a dune flag mount in its place? The dune flags at Silver Lake have a half inch metal stud on the end so it would really just need to be a simple bracket welded on next to the passenger side shackle mount. Let me know what you think

Edit: The bracket would just need to fit the quick release shown on this website http://www.sandwizard.net/

Looks like you just need a tab with a 1/2" hole in it. Yeah I can do that. I'll pm you later when i start building them.
