Did anything run hot when you tested it? It looks good either way. I don't think it'd work with my brushguard either lol

I have decided to extend the intro price up to eight units, which will be my first batch. This will only apply to those on the list, which is now extended to eight. As of now there is one spot left. To make things easy, i am doing a flat rate shipping cost of $50 to the lower 48. This is about what actual shipping costs for it give or take a couple dollars.

Its been on my jeep for a few days now, no issues.
The grille is wide open, there is still some space around the main tube, the 2x2 receiver opening is right in front of the cooler, and there are openings underneath the plastic bumper so plenty of fresh air will still be flowing through.

Atthehelm - would there be room for LED lights such as a VisionX light bar to be mounted on this? I would assume so but just wondering

Should be enough room to mount one on the face of it, depending on the size of the lightbar.

I was thinking either a 10", 12" or 20" single row bar. I just need to find a comparison between light output on the different sizes

The 20 would most likely fit and be able to install/ remove the shackles.

Should be able to start shipping inside of 30 days.
The bumper orders that i took need to be done before i start these to be fair to the bumper customers.
Once i get those bumpers done production of these will go quick. I already have in my possesion all the steel, receiver tubes, shackle tabs and hardware plus i'm hiring someone to cut everything.

Here is what I came up quickly, say u add a light bar, or somewhere to mount your lights, have it removable with pins, not shown. Or add a push bar when wheeling. Will draw up concepts at a later time. tow mounts and bracket mounts not added to drawing yet. What do you think?

Interesting concept Scheki. I was thinking that something like a winch platform would be nice. Instead of the tow bar mount, three pieces of square bar or thick flat steel crafted to reach out, around and over the front of the bumper with a nice thick flat plate welded on top to mount a winch on.

Although once you go that far you might have to then add a set of square "C" tabs to connect to the top of the bumper and relieve the torque forces on the frame points when you use the winch. At that point you're getting WAY beyond the simple build Atthehelm has going here. So I don't know if it's worth the trouble.
