Hey guys, mounted up my defender basket...along with piaa 520 ATP LAMPS i also have the ion 560s up front Was having relay issues with the basket lamps swapped out the relay from my fogs and it worked....now swapped back and none work. Using a voltage meter i am getting nothing back from the relay side out to the lamps. Could they of all just went the relays? Its rather annoying, since there all mounted up. Also , i am using the arb switches which do light up and did work when relays were working. The accessory or Low beam side of the switch goes out to an ignition wire in the fuse box for switched power. ANY HELP APPRECIATED as this is rather annoying and now i cant use either set of lamps |

Are your lines fused anywhere? Blown fuse? Follow your lines making sure nothing abrasive wore of the insulation. Double check that connected the correct wires to the correct relay terminals. Thats what came to mind first. |

Just keep testing and find out where continuity ends. |

Some PIAA relays have a fuse inside. Take the cover off and check. Also, do you have power to and from the switch? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 |

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2 Ill have to call piaa and see if there is a fuse inside. I think in setting up my switches (arb toggles) I shorted out the relay I do hope there is a fuse inside. Because if I open it that may void warranty. Power is coming out of the bottom of the relay harness but not to the leads going to lamps. |

Okay guys there is a fuse inside the relays looks like my testing I blew all 3 son of a b ! Aw well lifetime warranty on all relays from piaa.... Would of liked a customer serviceable fuse but once the new relays are in there won't be a problem everything is wired correctly. |
