I know this is digging up an old post but I wanted to give an update in case anyone else had a similar issue. This continued to be a problem. I took it to the dealer and an independent mechanic and they found nothing wrong.

Eventually it started squealing then one day the belt broke because the water pump blew. Replaced the water pump and haven't had an issue since.

Some of our water pumps were recalled. Did you have to pay the dealer?

I had no idea. No I didn't pay the dealer, just got an after market one and replaced it myself.

Bummer. I got a letter from Chrysler to have it checked. I think the ones in question had a W in the casting.
