Yes. You need front and rear.
Teraflex for the front, and you have your choices for the back.
Some go the route of just adding hockey pucks for the rear. That's what I did. Two are needed on each side.

As far as the rear ones go, do you know which ones I need, JBA only shows the rear stops for a 4in lift?

Those are the ones. The thing is, they're what, 30 bucks or so? They also NEED to be trimmed to fit. Hockey pucks work just as well and were an easy choice for me.

Hockey pucks work great/ are cheap / are bigger around in diameter which also makes them better
and plus you'll get more than 1.5 inches of lift , more like 2.25 -2.5

i am not using any on the front. i am using hd springs and they are so hard that i don't even think the bumpstop ever touches the uca. i made a mark with playdo and took it offroading, did some flex exercises and even jumper a 1' deep ditch and it never touched the bump stop...

Only takes one time though .............
much cheaper to buy bumpstops than a new front shock

How do you secure a hockey puck in the rear?

2.5 inch long 3/8 inch bolt down through the bottom spring pad works great

Thanks for the help! Do you know where I can find instructions on using hockey pucks?

Post subject:  Re: OME 1.5 question

No instructions needed
drill a hole through two of the hockey pucks in the center
drill a hole through the center of the spring pad
install spring
put the hockey pucks inside the spring / over the hole you drilled
install bolt through the hockey pucks and spring pad, install lock washer and nut/ tighten
lower Jeep and install new rear shocks / install tires and drive away smiling

Recessing the top holes so the bolt head is countersunk will keep the upper bumpstops from getting chewed by the hex bolt head. Use a forschner bit slightly larger than the head of your bolts.
