I am getting a WA WA WA WA noise as the wheels rotate while driving. I went to a local tire shop hoping it was just a tire. The "tire guy" drove my liberty around and said its definitely cupping on the drivers side front tire. Now I'm hearing the wawawa at all speeds. It seem to be a deeper wawawa while braking quickly or when turning right. I decided to take the tire off and throw on the spare. I still had the noise. I then swapped out every other tire with the spare and the sound never changed. This leads me to the wheel bearings. All wheels seem tight. The only play i noticed is when I had the rear sides jacked up I could move the wheel in and out about 1/8 inch on either side.

Oh and the noise seem to go along with the speed almost going away above 65. I also notices a very subtle scrape scrape scrape at the very end of the braking cycle.

Its driving me insane. Any ideas?
