 Post subject: Heater controls not working

On my moms 2010 liberty the heater controls quit working. The only good thing is that the blower is stuck on high and heat. I know on my truck it is vacuum controlled but I assume it is electrical on the liberty. Just wondering what could cause those before I go look at it

If the fan will only blow on high, you might try swapping out your blower motor resistor behind the glove box.
If the temperature adjustment is also not working, it's probably something more like what Khalilw suggested.

I'll second the resister. But there may be an underlying issue if the resister burnt up. Could be the blower motor is drawing too much current because it is starting to wear out. Just something to keep in mind...
