The other day in cold Colorado it snowed. I was lucky enough to catch it when it started, so I got to drive in snow rain mix. Woke up next morning the whole front was a sheet of ice. Got in and kicked on the 4wd to help with Ice all was we'll. Drove to Walmart for groceries and when I got there turned 4wd off and oh boy serv 4wd light! I went home and it kinda came on off sometimes. Sometimes stayed steady on. Checked under car and completely iced over underneath. So I decided before paying jeep $132 I would wait for warm weather. Next morning still cold serv 4wd light stayed off the whole trip to work until I put it in 4wd and it came off and on. After work my drive consisted of constant on off flashing of light. This morning serv 4wd light on and off but haven't seen it after work when temps where 50+. Could it have been because of cold/iced over undercarriage? It's a 2008 KK with 107,800ish miles. Thanks guys!

Have you maintained it with recommend fluid changes?
By the way four wheel drive isn't needed for ice.
