Nope. That's for the 3.8L You need 52501 or 53501. |

IIRC the 52001 does fit (I think I actually have it, I'll have to double check). You just need to connect it to your computer to update the firmware for the 3.7 |

One of the other eBay sellers said the 52001 is just the unupdated version of the 52501 and just needs to be updated for the 3.7lSent from my iPhone 5 |
