This site says to "flush" power steering fluid every 25,000 miles. If this is important that ooooops since I haven't done it yet. I'd like to do this. How does one flush the power steering fluid or is it just remove and replace? Also what kind of power steering fluid is needed? Thanks in advance.

I just use a turkey baster to suck all I can out and replace, do this 3 -4 times over a 3-4 day time frame and you've got most of it out. Not the factory approved but works without any real mess

That's exactly what I had in mind. Can you clarify what you mean and why a 3-4 day time frame?

Okay so step one would be remove all I can and replace all the way to the fill mark. Over the next few days remove a little/all and replace to the fill mark. Think I understand now. Thanks, guys.
Any specific power steering fluid?
