I have installed LEDs on all my rear n front marker n signal lights with resistors have to turn on my parking lights for them to work properly is there any way to fix this |

did you have to splice into any wires when setting this up? |

So you're saying your turn signals don't work at all unless you have your parking lights turned on? |
