Newest mod I did was LED turn signals and light bars

Old mods:

Just received 2 12” light bars for the roof and hopefully putting them on soon.

Also working on a red LED interior project, looking to place a view inside and have a set of lights that will be easier on the eyes at night time!

Something different, added some LED Strip lighting under my front bash plate and rock sliders to help on night runs. Saving up the pennies now to get a decent 20" Led bar for the bullbar.

Seems like it...

Although it’s getting really popular in Virginia at the moment. My local club is getting into them, which is when I decided to pull the trigger. Now to sell 4 KC’s...

It's a knockoff of the Phillips I guess. It cost me $40 and it's bright. :seuss:

It doesn't dim the LED when headlights are on,so I made a relay with resistor to dim it. It makes it worth a million :grim:

Is that just an LED strip just stuck to the underside of your unibody? How on earth does that stay on with all the dirt/mud/rocks/etc. ???? Zip ties? Epoxy??

The LED strip has an adhesive backing itself. I also put a large 'glob' of clear silocone about every 15cm to help secure it and the wire connection points are also covered in silocone to waterproof them.

So far it's survived several dirty/muddy trips and water crosssings and hasn't budged and still works fine. Really handy and a ridiculously cheap mod to do.

I'm also running spiders in my tail lights. Did you go with white leds or red? I went with red but I'm not sure if it was the better choice

I've always went with red leds for my taillights (simply looks better being pure red) but, I have been debating on if it is the better choice as well for the spider lights due to their brightness.

Thanks for the replies! The Philips Daylights were def a good guess, look just like what I want but not for the price. In this case, I like the idea of a knock off for half the price haha. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
